Hoping this helps me! It tastes great!!
I just started this so I haven't seen any results yet. I have struggled with and have had no success on over 9 programs and clinical dieticians say they can't help me because my metabolism is that of an 80 yr old. I retain a ton of water, can't lose weight unless I eat less than 950 calories a day, and am at a loss, depressed and no answers from doctors and specialists. I exercise regularly and am always following a healthy diet. I'm hoping this helps increase my metabolism. I'm just at a loss.
