This stuff does work. Although, you have to have a little determination. And, if you’ve dieted on and off all of your life like I have, you will feel it working. Sitting down to an excessive plate of food is when I feel it most. I find I’m full really quick and unable to clean my plate. Also, eating my evening meal before about 6 pm helps me make the evening without eating anything else before bedtime.

This pill are good stuff only way it works with diet and exercise if not it doesn’t work.I been on this only 3 weeks down 4 pounds.
I notice that my appetite is less than usual. I still have to eat more fruits & vegetables with lunch & dinner.

I use to think the product was a good deal but the size of the product has steadily decreased while the price has increased. I use to get an entire full canister now it is a small pouch. I do not know how much longer I will be a customer
